At Morkaal’s Tomb, the statue awakened by the stolen Eye of Jakar proved too much. Its assault broke the company: Zota Ragor and another companion fell, while Movomi and Fenrel escaped the tomb alive.
In the aftermath, slavers of the Shahn ambushed the survivors. Two strangers, Salu and Cadecus, joined the fight and helped drive the attackers away. The companions agreed to travel together, first seeking provisions in Skaalburg and turning their attention toward the slavers’ base at Fort Ikenvar.
Upon reaching Skaalburg, the newly joined company found lodging and supplies. There they met the wizard Mazzos, whose remote tower at 01,18 may offer Movomi a path to apprenticeship. The road ahead now carries new allies, old losses, and unfinished business with the Shahn.
